Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Time: Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free Shipping: Occasionally offered during promotions or on qualifying orders of $50 or more—check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates!

🌎 International Shipping – Canada & Mexico

We now ship to both Canada and Mexico!

Processing Time: International orders also ship within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any import duties,

VAT/GST/IVA, or customs fees imposed by their country.

Accurate Declarations: All international shipments include proper customs documentation. Products are labeled for personal use (e.g., "handmade soap").

Returns: At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders due to customs restrictions and shipping costs. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us—we’re happy to help make it right.

🚚 Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

🛑 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We cannot replace or refund items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
