We offer a 30-day return policy—no questions asked. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

International orders (due to customs limitations)

🔁 How to Start a Return

Contact us at springvalleysoapery@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

🔄 Exchanges

Want something different? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your refund is processed.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Please note it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
